Main duties & responsibilities of the position include:

• Monitor the air, water, fuel, lubricating oil levels of all auxiliary and support systems to ensure that they are within required limits.
• Report all operating abnormalities to the Senior Shift Operator and initiate corrective action as instructed.
• Start and stop generating units as instructed by the Senior Shift Operator.
• Maintain the Power Station plant and equipment in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The candidate should possess four CXC Subjects including Mathematics and English. CXC Physics would be an asset.
• One year's post qualification experience in a similar position is preferred.

Remuneration is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
