Vacancy for Chief Financial Officer
The Anguilla Electricity Company Limited invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related and customer service activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, capital expenditures and planning, deal analysis and negotiations, financing and banking relationships and compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent highly desirable
- 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
Personal Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented
