ANGLEC Payment Plan Options & Processes
At ANGLEC we understand that financial hardship can occur at anytime, to anyone which is why we have alternative payment options offered year round. If you or someone you know needs a custom payment plan, we advise you to take a look at the following process:
1. Customers (Account holder) should arrange a meeting with the Customer Relations Officer (CRO) either by:-
(a) Calling ANGLEC’s main office via 1 (264) 497- 5200
(b) Or visiting the Customer Care window location inside the Main Office (The Valley, Anguilla)
ANGLEC may contact account holders due to extended delinquency or other relevant issue to arrange a meeting also.
2. A determination for payment is made based on your current financial status
- In your meeting the CRO will guide you through the process of setting realistic payment goals through an interview on your current financial situation. Please be prepared to submit suppoting documentation as requested to include items such as proof of salary, employment status documents or other reference letters.
3. Show your commitment by signing a document (payment plan agreement)
- Once a realistic payment schedule has been determined, an agreement will be drafted to which the customer in question must sign and approve before the payment plan adjustments will be made to the ANGLEC Account.
And just like that, in 3 easy steps you can have a custom payment plan created and avoid further penalty.
Kindly Note:
We offer two payment plans (Short term or Long term) either can be used for:-
- Deferred payment plan – a plan created for the delinquency of electricity consumed.
- Infrastructure payment plan – for estimates on the cost of electricity infrastructure at the customer’s property, this is only offered on infrastructure cost over two thousand dollars.
Additional Limited Deferral Option:
Also, we offer temporary Deferrals for up to 15 working days (an extension on the delinquency of electricity consumed) this isn’t a payment plan, just an extension. Customers must make contact with ANGLEC’s Customer Care unit This offer is available up to 3 (three) times during a calendar year, but can not be used 3 months in a row.
