NCBA Online Payments:

• To make payments to ANGLEC through NCBA’s online banking you must first have an online account with the bank.
• Use the following link to access your account ncbal.com.
• Navigate to the bill payment section and select ANGLEC as your vendor under the “Add a new payee” option and select ANGLEC as the addition to your bill payment list.
