The Anguilla Electricity Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Receptionist at ANGLEC’s Satellite Office. The primary functions include:
- Answers and transfers incoming calls
- Greets, announces and verifies all guests
- Conducts visitor checks for security
- Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients
- Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensures lobby area, conference room, kitchen, restrooms and common areas are kept neat and stocked with appropriate supplies
- Monitors and records petty cash payments
- Assists with general clerical duties such as scanning, copying, faxing, ordering of supplies, filing documents and other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Four (4) Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) subjects including English and Mathematics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired personal attributes:
Excellent communicator, meticulous, organized, team player and motivated.
REMUNERATION:
Based on qualifications and experience.
