The Anguilla Electricity Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Receptionist at ANGLEC’s Satellite Office. The primary functions include:

  • Answers and transfers incoming calls
  • Greets, announces and verifies all guests
  • Conducts visitor checks for security
  • Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients
  • Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensures lobby area, conference room, kitchen, restrooms and common areas are kept neat and stocked with appropriate supplies
  • Monitors and records petty cash payments
  • Assists with general clerical duties such as scanning, copying, faxing, ordering of supplies, filing documents and other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Four (4) Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) subjects including English and Mathematics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

 

Desired personal attributes:

Excellent communicator, meticulous, organized, team player and motivated.

 

REMUNERATION:

Based on qualifications and experience.
