How is the fuel surcharge calculated?

As per the Electricity Act, ANGLEC's electricity tariff is subject to a surcharge of 1 cent per kWh for every 10 cents per gallon increase in the price of fuel over $3.64 per gallon, or as in a formula:

Fuel_Surcharge = (Diesel_Price - 3.64) / 10
